We created Heydenrych & Attelid after many years inside complex, fast moving organizations where technology decisions and business results were deeply intertwined.

We have both spent our careers on the inside. Not as advisors looking in, but as leaders accountable for outcomes. We led large teams, managed critical platforms, worked closely with executive leadership, and carried responsibility when results did not land as planned. We saw what it takes to make change happen when constraints are real and pressure is high.

Together, we realized that the biggest challenges organizations face today are not isolated technology problems or isolated financial problems. They are leadership and execution problems that sit in between. Heydenrych & Attelid was founded to address exactly that.

Our goal is simple. Help leadership teams replace activity with progress. Help them cut through noise, make clearer choices, and connect execution to results that
actually matter.

We are currently operating as a boutique partnership based in Germany, with the process underway to establish our permanent headquarters.
